About the Role
Were looking for a HR Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our team with:
- Recruitment learning and development employee relations and performance management
- Supporting payroll processes and ensuring data accuracy
- Consistent HR practices and compliance
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Employment Hero (essential)
- Construction industry experience (preferred but not required)
About the You
- 23 years experience in a HR generalist
- Solid understanding of Fair Work Act and Australian employment legislation
- Construction industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Able to work independently manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills with a proactive solutions-focused mindset
