Key responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new employees.
Adhering the Processes strictly and Increasing efficiency.
Administering and maintaining employee records including personal information benefits and performance evaluations.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies.
Managing employee benefits including healthcare retirement plans and vacation time.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinating employee training and development programs.
Managing employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Overseeing office administration including facilities management vendor contracts and supplies inventory.
Handling general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings managing calendars and organizing travel arrangements.
Ensuring a safe and secure workplace by implementing and maintaining security protocols and emergency procedures.
Minimum Requirements
1) Education:
Bachelor Degree Mandatory
MBA/PGDM (HR) - Preference Professional certification in human resources such as the PHR or SHRM-CP or other relevant certifications in office administration or management. - Preference
2) Experience:
Sr. HR Executive - 5 Years experience in HR domain Preffered
HR Executive - 3 Years experience in HR domain Preffered
3) Skills/Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HR software and technology tools.
