Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions including talent acquisition employee engagement performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategies foster a positive work culture and ensure efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee appraisal systems and career development programs.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws company policies and best practices.
- Payroll & Benefits: Manage compensation benefits and leave policies.
- Training & Development: Organize learning programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- HR Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies to support business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in HR roles preferably in IT tech or corporate environments.
- Skills: Strong communication leadership and organizational abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
