We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Tampa FL office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. You will play a vital part in maintaining strong client relationships and upholding our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or in-person in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers concern and determining the best solution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Meet personal and team performance targets
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus
