Job Description
Field Sales Representative
Location: Chesterfield MO (must live within 35 miles west of the Mississippi River)
Target Start Date: August 18 2025
Were hiring Field Sales Reps for a well-established company in the commercial roofing space. This is an outdoor hands-on job thats all about building relationships and supporting contractors on-site.
What Youll Be Doing
- Help with 2 3 roof tests per day (more for big jobs)
- Build and grow relationships with contractors distributors and property managers
- No cold calls - just relationship sales
- Attend occasional lunches golf or ballgames with clients
- Drive locally to job sites (no overnight travel)
What Were Looking For
- 2 to 8 years of sales experience (construction/tools/materials preferred)
- Recent college grads with hustle and maturity welcome
- Comfortable on rooftops and working outside
- Good with hands-on work and learning how things work
- Experience in physical jobs (construction farming trades) is a big plus
