Engage with customers in-store by phone and through internet inquiries (CRM email text etc.).
Ask great questions build rapport and present the right vehicle solutions-retail electric or commercial.
Stay up to date on Fords latest vehicles incentives and especially EV products like the F-150 Lightning and E-Transit.
Offer expert product knowledge across our commercial inventory including chassis cabs cargo vans and upfit-ready units.
Coordinate closely with our finance commercial and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Follow up consistently and build long-term relationships with your customer base.
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Professionalism follow-through and a customer-first attitude.
Interest or experience in digital communication (email CRM online leads).
Familiarity with Ford products or the auto industry is a plus-but not required.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
