Field Sales Representative
Location: Houston TX (Greater Houston Area)

We are seeking driven and personable Field Sales Representatives to join a well-established organization in the commercial roofing industry. This role combines technical product engagement with relationship-based sales. If you enjoy working outdoors developing customer connections and driving business growth this opportunity is for you.
What Youll Do
- Roof Testing Support: Perform or assist with 2 3 commercial roof tests per day (or full-day engagements on larger jobs) directly supporting roofing contractors.
- Relationship Sales: Maintain and grow relationships with contractors distributors construction managers and building owners. Your primary focus will be on strengthening existing relationships and uncovering new business opportunities not cold calling.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in light entertainment (e.g. lunches ballgames golf outings) to foster long-term partnerships.
- Territory Travel: Travel within your local 35-mile territory to meet scheduled appointments. All travel is local-no overnight trips.
Qualifications
- 2 8 years of experience in sales (post-college) ideally in construction building materials tools or other hands-on industries.
- Recent college grads with maturity and demonstrated work ethic will be considered.
- Comfort working at heights and outdoors (rooftop environments).
- Technical aptitude ability to quickly understand and explain how roofing products work (no engineering degree required).
- Hands-on or physical work background (construction agriculture or related fields) strongly preferred.
