Job Description

Company Profile:
A leading BIM Consulting & Services company enabling construction firms to adopt BIM technology. Works with architectural engineering and construction firms to integrate BIM and project management solutions.
Group Companies:
  1. Resells AEC software (CAD BIM Visualization PDF security tools)
  2. Specializes in software development and Zoho implementation (CRM HR Finance etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients in AEC Oil & Gas Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors
  • Generate leads via cold calling LinkedIn social media and events
  • Pitch BIM services software sales and Zoho solutions
  • Conduct client meetings prepare MOMs and follow up until deal closure
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams for proposals and negotiations
  • Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets (deal size: 15L 1Cr)
Requirements:
BDE:
  • 1 3 years in field sales (Real Estate/Construction/Software)
  • Bachelor s degree MBA (preferred)
  • Strong communication and MS Office skills
BDM:
  • 4 6 years in similar fields
  • Bachelor s degree MBA (preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales
Compensation:
  • BDE: 3 5L/year BDM: 5 8L/year
  • Location: Matunga West Mumbai
  • Work Days: 6 days/week (1st & 3rd Saturday off)
