Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in AEC Oil & Gas Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors
- Generate leads via cold calling LinkedIn social media and events
- Pitch BIM services software sales and Zoho solutions
- Conduct client meetings prepare MOMs and follow up until deal closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams for proposals and negotiations
- Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets (deal size: 15L 1Cr)
Requirements:
BDE:
- 1 3 years in field sales (Real Estate/Construction/Software)
- Bachelor s degree MBA (preferred)
- Strong communication and MS Office skills
BDM:
- 4 6 years in similar fields
- Bachelor s degree MBA (preferred)
- Proven track record in sales
Compensation:
- BDE: 3 5L/year BDM: 5 8L/year
- Location: Matunga West Mumbai
- Work Days: 6 days/week (1st & 3rd Saturday off)
