personality and possesses strong industry connections with insurance brokers and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will drive sales acquire new corporate clients renew existing accounts and
expand our reach within the womens healthcare and wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify approach and onboard corporate clients for our women s wellness programs.
Leverage existing broker relationships to generate leads and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads decision-makers and wellness leads
in corporate firms.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Pitch our maternity and post-maternity wellness programs effectively to potential clients.
Understand client needs and customize solutions for them.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Renewals & Account Management
Ensure client retention through consistent engagement and exceptional service.
Handle contract renewals and negotiate terms to maximize revenue.
Travel & Meetings
Willing to travel frequently to meet corporate clients and attend industry events.
Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospects.
