This newSenior Enterprise Sales Managerrole has been created to help us seize new opportunities deepen strategic partnerships and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Are you a strategic consultative sales leader ready to drive enterprise growth across sectors like Banking Telecom Utilities and Insurance Intrum is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to lead high-value complex sales engagements and build trusted relationships with C-level executives.

This is a high-impact client-facing role where youll shape go-to-market strategies deliver tailored solutions and influence business outcomes at the highest level.

This role can be based at any of our UK offices with regular travel to meet clients and the flexibility to work from home

What youll do:

  • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales across Intrums credit management and financial solutions portfolio

  • Identify and secure new business from large clients across key sectors

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs CROs COOs)

  • Deliver compelling ROI-driven sales presentations and solution demos

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success

  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools

  • Represent Intrum at industry events and position yourself as a thought leader

  • Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty; by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact on our customers.

What youll Bring:

  • Proven success in B2B enterprise sales ideally in FinTech Utilities Telecom or Financial Services

  • Experience managing long complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong consultative selling skills (e.g. Challenger MEDDIC SPIN)

  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building abilities

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills

  • Knowledge of SaaS CX digital transformation and recurring revenue models

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or equivalent experience
