Position Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and technical issues. You will provide expert remote assistance coordinate solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is perfect for IT professionals seeking growth in a dynamic global work environment.

Tasks

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone email and live chat
  • Troubleshoot server configurations software installations and network performance issues
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist in configuring software for new customer deployments
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions in the CRM system
  • Contribute to FAQs internal documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives
  • Analyze recurring support issues and recommend service enhancements

Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors degree in IT Telecommunications Computer Science or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in technical support IT helpdesk or network support
  • Experience in telecom networking or client-facing technical environments
  • Proficient in server troubleshooting CRM systems and remote support tools
  • Solid understanding of basic network protocols (DNS SSL FTP)

Preferred

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to simplify complex technical issues for end-users
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple support requests
  • Comfortable working across various time zones
