Are you a detail-oriented leader who is passionate about cleanliness and team development Were looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in a newly renovated vibrant environment! In this role you will be responsible for managing the housekeeping team ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness organization and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Train coach and motivate housekeeping staff to consistently meet hotel standards
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens
- Collaborate with the Front Desk and Engineering teams to ensure timely responses to guest requests and maintenance issues
- Create daily and weekly work schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Monitor labor and supply costs while maintaining department efficiency
- Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner

- Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping within a hotel or similar environment required
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures safety standards and inventory control
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or certifications a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
- CPR and first aid training preferred
