As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Post Trade Technology - Global Technology you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that align with the firms business objectives. Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope objectives and deliverables address cross-functional dependences ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams to design solutions and drive the programs implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans along with the technical leads incorporating technical requirements resource allocation and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
- Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders providing regular updates and ensuring transparency in simple and easy to consume manner tailored to target audience with detailed documentation.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership highlighting key achievements challenges and areas for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
- Run budget process for programs collect book of work demand and estimates facilitate priority discussions funding agreements etc

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Experience with multi-year program execution and delivery while owning and managing multiple work streams concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication across all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
