We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department in Gettysburg PA. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service driving departmental success and leading a team to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient and profitable performance
Manage and develop service advisors technicians and support staff
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor department performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
Schedule and prioritize service appointments and repairs effectively
Maintain a clean safe and productive work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership required
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to meet performance goals and maintain customer satisfaction
Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) preferably AutoMate/ADP
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
