Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers assisting with inquiries processing orders and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be a key point of contact between the company and its clients helping to build lasting relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Process orders returns and exchanges.

Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications:
