Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager
Job Location: McLean VA
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Lead large-scale complex programs within the GSE domain aligning with enterprise goals and regulatory mandates.
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels including VP and Executive-level business and technology counterparts to define program scope goals and deliverables.
- Oversee integrated planning and execution of multiple related projects within the program ensuring consistency and alignment across workstreams.
- Identify assess and manage program-level risks issues and controls ensuring timely mitigation and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Deliver detailed status reporting and executive-level updates clearly communicating progress dependencies and decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts product owners engineers compliance teams and external vendors.
- Drive governance processes including steering committee meetings tollgate reviews and audit readiness.
- Ensure programs adhere to enterprise project management standards timelines and budgets.
