Job Description
Note: This position requires individuals to be on-site up to five days per week at the project site. Work is primarily conducted on an active construction site with heavy equipment and machinery.

We are currently seeking a talented full-time Information Manager for Life Science and Industrial Manufacturing projects.
Responsibilities
- Defines and delivers information management strategies standards (ink ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programs.
- Establishes and manages the project/program information management function following the strategy standards and processes set.
- Trains project/program colleagues in information practices and processes and drives awareness and continuous improvement.
- Manages the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts are submitted and stored.
- Line manages coaches and supports the information management team working on the project as direct and indirect reports.
- Contributes to global digital center of excellence including body of knowledge processes case studies.
- Contributes to bids in terms of information management strategies and solutions.
- Contributes to the setup implementation and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Qualifications
- Technical qualifications and certifications.
- Experience in change management project delivery processes vendor and construction turnover packages CQV and or PQ/PV documentation administration.
- Capital project experience in information management and document control.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite database management and pertinent EDMS/PMIS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.
- Relevant work experience delivering life sciences or other highly technical projects.
