Job Description
Responsibilities
- Dealing with an international chain (international partnership)
- Strategic business plan (short medium and long term fundraising lending etc.)
- Lead Project Management team
- Construction compliance
- Commercial/P&L accountability
Requirements:
- General Management experience in high-rise buildings from the earlier stages including business plan construction operations commercial management & P&L accountabilities ie involving Pre-Construction During Construction and Post Construction)
- Understanding construction project management and compliance.
- Excellent business strategy plan and financial acumen
- Strong Leadership
