Ventia is seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our supportive team working on a once-in-a-lifetime national infrastructure initiative the Telstra Intercity Fibre (ICF) Exchange Upgrade Project. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact long-term project with career growth potential. This full time permanent role can be based in Sydney Melbourne Adelaide or Brisbane.

About the Role
As a Project Planner youll support the design and construction of shelters for Telstras ICF project. Youll play a pivotal role in:
Designing and maintaining the resource-loaded master project schedule.
Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure milestone alignment.
Preparing weekly progress reports and managing delays.
Supporting the delivery team to meet critical timelines.
Applying your analytical and planning expertise to a large-scale civil and telco infrastructure project.
Ensuring all schedule variations are accurately documented and tracked.
Maintaining adherence to internal scheduling standards and client-specific requirements.
What were looking for:
Demonstrated experience in project scheduling and planning
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
Background in large-scale telco or construction projects (Telstra experience a bonus).
