Job Description
Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full project lifecycles ensuring delivery on time within scope and to quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on goals timelines and responsibilities.
- Oversee the setup and execution of infrastructure or technical projects ensuring seamless integration of systems and environments.
- Serve as the central point of contact facilitating communication progress tracking and issue resolution.
- Monitor project performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management ideally involving infrastructure facilities or physical space implementation.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
- Background in high-paced or technical environments (e.g. media events technology or similar sectors) is a plus.
- Degree in Project Management Engineering Construction Operations or a related field is preferred.
- Strong coordination communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence MS Project).
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented with a proactive and resilient approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven environments.
