Your Opportunity - About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development the Learning Asset Coordinator will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Learning & Development Department. A key focus of the role will be assisting with the migration to a new Learning Management System (LMS). The Coordinator will support the L&D Team by helping organise and track learning content assisting with audits of current materials and coordinating updates or archiving under clear direction.
This role helps ensure learning materials are accurate well-organised and meet the needs of different markets. The Coordinator will maintain version control support file formatting and branding consistency assist with reviewing translated/localised content and help with basic system testing during migration. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail will be essential.
