The Opportunity
3 month Fixed Term Contract with possibility for extension.
The ideal candidate will provide quality HR service and advice to Managers and Employees regarding employment related and day to day to workplace issues. Lead key HR business plan objectives strategic and operational focused roles responsible for own portfolio management. The role is embedded within the portfolio working along aside the Leadership team providing proactive people solutions. This role is based at both our sites in Box Hill and Eltham working alongside a diverse range of employees dedicated to making health and wellbeing easy. Work with the Executive People Learning & Culture and broader team contributing to workforce needs both long and short term. Identify solutions to support organisational sustainability and growth.
