Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries troubleshooting issues and providing exceptional support through email phone and live chat. This role is essential in building lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers issue and determining the best solution
Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to reduce inquiries
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
1 year of experience in a customer support or related role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Bilingual abilities are a plus
