Job Description

  • Actively participate in solutions to ensure that Stanbic IBTC Bank stay competitive in our product improvement opportunities to enhance our delivery to the market with a view to increase our market share.
  • Apply knowledge of customers requirements and organisational requirements in a manner that results in both home loans meeting and exceeding business financial and acquisition targets and in customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure the appropriate focus on aggressively driving the cross-sell of the full range of Stanbic IBTC Bank products in the external channels space.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to deliver home loans sales strategy within external channels aligned to the strategy communicated by home loans distribution and home loans.
  • Develop and implement tactics to ensure that Stanbic IBTC Bank obtains the required Home Loans market share.
  • Develop and manage all marketing opportunities within these channels to ensure appropriate return.
  • Develop close relationships with property finance division to achieve maximum exposure for end user business.
  • Develop relationships with key and influential estate agency groups and developers who submit directly through the origination companies by providing value-added services that enhance relationships and improve business flows to Stanbic IBTC Bank.
  • Drive and support the delivery of affordable housing targets through the external channels.
  • Develop implement and monitor a marketing plan for the external channels in support of overall sales and market share objectives.
  • Ensure effective use of the Customer1st system as a lead query and complaint management tool. 
  • Ensure that service level agreements are complied with between provincial home loans and key stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • First degree in any social science discipline Economics/Finance
  • Masters/MBA will be an added advantage
  • 7-10 years experience in the field of home loans and related products specifically in managing sales teams.
  • Experience in developing and managing senior and executive level relationships with external parties and business partners is absolutely essential.
