We are searching for passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join a thriving and growing franchise of a globally recognized brand in the New York City area. Key Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Lead train and motivate a team to deliver top-tier guest service
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee inventory vendor relations and cost management
- Analyze financial reports to optimize profitability
- Create efficient staff schedules to enhance service & labor management
- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts
- Uphold brand standards and operational excellence
- 1 year experience in retail or restaurant management
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years and no more than 3 jobs in the last 9 years
- Eagerness to grow as a manager
- Personal commitment to being a great leader
