Were Astrid & Miyu - a UK-founded jewellery brand on a mission to revolutionise the jewellery experience.

Since 2012 weve grown into a global brand with 28 stores and over 400 team members across the UK Europe Ireland and the US. Were known for our innovation inclusivity and empowering approach to jewellery - from our products to our in-store experience.

Now were bringing our mission to Spain opening our very first store in the heart of Madrid at a the iconic WOW concept store.

The Store Manager Mission:

As an inspiring leader youll bring our brand to life by creating a memorable engaging experience at our very first store in Madrid. As the first Store Manager in this new market youll play a key role in building brand awareness leading with passion and championing our core values. Youll be at the heart of our exciting journey as we continue to grow and expand globally.

How youll drive success:

• Lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through our key retail pillars: Community & Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovation always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
• As our first store manager in Spain youll bring our values to life in a way that resonates deeply with the Madrid community fostering meaningful connections and growth.
• Build strong brand awareness in this new market by promoting our loyalty programme hosting local events with the store and connecting with the Madrid community.
• Inspire coach and support your team empowering every team member to grow thrive and perform at their best.
• Communicate clearly and confidently giving real-time feedback on the shop floor to drive continuous development and high standards.
• Drive commercial success by leading on visual merchandising stock management and experiential retail ensuring the concession layout supports our goals.
• Ensure all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently delivering both exceptional customer service and strong productivity.
• Youll commit to continuously optimising your social and environmental impact from both large to small decisions staying committed within your role to together growing a sustainable business.

What youll need to thrive:

• Experience as a Store Manager preferably having worked for an international business
• Fluent in both English & Spanish as all communication with our UK office will be in English
• A values champion and brand ambassador you are the role model for your store team and our values resonate deeply with you
• You have a strong presence high on influencing your energy is infectious and authentically inspires those around you
• You have the ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning growth and development
• Youre always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have

• Comunicar con claridad y confianza con comentarios en tiempo real en la tienda para impulsar el desarrollo continuo y altos estándares
• Impulsar el éxito comercial liderando la comercialización visual la gestión de existencias y la venta minorista basada en la experiencia garantizando que el diseño de la concesión se alinee con nuestros objetivos
• Garantizar que todas las operaciones diarias se desarrollen de manera fluida y eficiente ofreciendo un servicio al cliente excepcional y una sólida productividad.
• Comprometiéndote a optimizar continuamente el impacto social y ambiental desde decisiones grandes hasta pequeñas manteniéndose centrado dentro de tu función para hacer crecer juntos un negocio sostenible

Lo que necesitarás para prosperar:

• Experiencia como Gerente de Tienda preferiblemente habiendo trabajado para una empresa internacional.
• Hablar con fluidez inglés y español ya que toda la comunicación con nuestra oficina del Reino Unido será en inglés
• Como defensor de nuestros valores y embajador de la marca deberás ser un modelo a seguir para el equipo de tu tienda y nuestros valores resonar profundamente contigo
• Tener una fuerte presencia alta capacidad de influencia con una energía contagiosa que inspire de verdad a quienes te rodean.
• Tener la capacidad de desarrollar y orientar a un equipo de alto rendimiento para crear un entorno fomentado por el aprendizaje el crecimiento y el desarrollo.
