About the role:
As a Product Manager youll help shape and grow our product portfolio spanning internally developed and third-party propositions ensuring we consistently deliver best-in-class solutions to our diverse customer base.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Key responsibilities:
- Author and manage user stories that reflect customer needs
- Contribute to product strategy and steer product development priorities
- Plan and execute product launches and updates
- Own the product backlog and participate in sprint planning
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure product viability
- Work with Marketing on collateral campaigns and website content
- Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights
- Ensure operational readiness for product rollouts
- Deliver knowledge transfer materials for internal teams
- Support internal teams with product queries and champion customer experience
- Track KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
