Job Description
Our client is a technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and specialized in digital transformation of businesses and communities providing access to the digital economy.
What will your responsibilities look like
Plan and execute marketing strategy for the company
Monitor ROI for each marketing initiative in order to maximize the output of budget
Support and ensure consistency of brand identity in all communications materials
Plan coordinate implement and manage marketing communications campaigns
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan and execute all digital marketing marketing database email social media and display advertising campaigns
Design build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
What abilities will you need
Experience in marketing and running a marketing team;
Proven marketing campaign experience;
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask;
Strong copywriting skills;
Proven ability to manage budgets;
Professional and proactive work ethic;
High competence in project and stakeholder management;
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media;
High competence in developing advising and implementing online marketing campaigns and strategies;
Creative and proactive in promoting employers products.
