Job Description

IT Systems Lead Property Management Operations (Remote Philippines-Based)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Full-Time Core overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours

We are a fast-growing property management and real estate company based in the US. We oversee a diverse portfolio of over 3000 rental units including affordable housing short-term rentals and boutique hospitality assets. As we scale were investing in smarter internal systems and we re hiring a hands-on IT Systems Lead to take full ownership of our core platforms and user support.

Role Overview
We re looking for a tech-savvy autonomous problem-solver to serve as our in-house expert across the platforms our business runs on. You ll manage user accounts support onboarding and offboarding resolve internal IT issues maintain system integrity and proactively improve our workflows. This is a key internal support role designed to offload routine tech responsibilities from HR and operations.
We use tools like Microsoft 365 Rippling AppFolio and 3CX and we expect you to become a superuser across these platforms. You should be comfortable taking full ownership of these systems documenting your work supporting staff and escalating issues to vendors when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership
  • Serve as the in-house expert and administrator for:
    • Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams SharePoint Admin Center)
    • Rippling (HR payroll time tracking onboarding/offboarding)
    • AppFolio (property management)
    • 3CX (VoIP system)
    • Guesty (short-term rental management)
  • Manage user accounts permissions groups and licenses
  • Escalate and coordinate with SaaS vendors to resolve complex issues
User Support & Troubleshooting
  • Be the first line of IT support for U.S. and offshore teams
  • Triage and resolve daily technical issues (login problems access errors basic bugs)
  • Take over day-to-day support questions currently handled by HR and office staff
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Own the tech side of the employee lifecycle: account creation system access and device coordination
  • Ensure all tools are set up accurately and consistently for new hires
Documentation & Training
  • Create and maintain clear easy-to-follow SOPs and user guides
  • Build an internal knowledge base for recurring issues
  • Train team members on core system usage as needed
Automation & Workflow Efficiency
  • Use Power Automate to improve internal workflows (e.g. onboarding sequences notifications)
  • Identify tech gaps and propose process improvements
Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in IT support systems administration or technical operations
  • Proven experience managing cloud-based platforms like M365 Rippling AppFolio and VoIP systems
  • Strong understanding of access control user lifecycle and cross-system coordination
  • Experience with Power Automate or similar tools for internal automation
  • Excellent documentation and internal support skills
  • Comfortable working independently and escalating to U.S.-based vendors when needed
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based teams highly preferred
Compensation & Schedule
  • Full-time remote position (Philippines-based)
  • Requires daily overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours (at least 4 hours/day)
  • Target compensation: $2000/month paid via VPM Solutions or equivalent platform
  • Long-term opportunity with growth potential into senior IT or operations leadership
