Job Title :IT Support Specialist Child Welfare
Location: Buffalo NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering technical IT support to end users across various systems and applications.
- Hands-on experience providing implementation support for new system deployments and upgrades.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver onsite system support within child welfare program environments.
- Skilled in conducting training sessions for staff on child welfare applications and related technologies.
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
