Mid-Level IT Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Mid-Level IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in IT support providing hands-on helpdesk support assisting with desktop troubleshooting basic network configuration and supporting VoIP phone systems conference room setups and more.
Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of experience in IT support including helpdesk support network troubleshooting VoIP systems and AV support.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 support desktop troubleshooting (PC) network configuration and troubleshooting and VoIP phone setup.

Experience with AV Systems: Hands-on experience with conference room AV setups cameras and Rally Bars.

Mac & PC Experience: Extensive experience with PC-based systems; Mac experience is a plus.

Personal Traits: Strong communication skills self-motivated quick learner and a positive attitude when interacting with users.

Team Player: Reliable consistent loyal and dedicated to supporting the team and clients.
Responsibilities:

Desktop Support: Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support for end-users including setting up and troubleshooting desktops laptops and printers.

Network Setup and Troubleshooting: Assist with basic network configurations including patching and connecting cables switches ports and troubleshooting network connectivity.

VoIP Phone Setup and Configuration: Support the installation configuration and troubleshooting of VoIP phones to ensure smooth communication.

AV Support: Assist with conference room technology including cameras Rally Bars and other AV equipment to ensure seamless virtual meetings and presentations.

Helpdesk Support: Provide end-user support via the helpdesk system efficiently handling IT requests and troubleshooting various software and hardware issues.

End-User Training: Offer training to end-users on basic IT systems applications (including Office 365) and best practices.

Printer Configuration: Set up and troubleshoot printer configurations ensuring devices are properly connected and accessible on the network.

Office 365 Support: Troubleshoot and assist with Office 365 applications and services.

Mac and PC Support: Strong experience with PC support; Mac experience is a plus for cross-platform support.

Ticketing System: Utilize a ticketing system to track manage and resolve IT issues in a timely and organized manner.
