We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our Caribbean Area Office based in plantation. As our HR specialist youll play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and implementing innovative HR projects across the cluster. Youll be the champion of Smart Connect our internal social website and a key planner for exciting employee engagement events for our AO team.
Within the main responsibilities are:
Elevate Employee Experience:Take the lead in organizing impactful events like Employee Appreciation Week the Employee of the Quarter award and Long Service recognition ceremonies. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere!
Connect and Collaborate:Build strong relationships with colleagues across the organization sharing insights and strengthening our collective knowledge.
