Asiacruit BPO Inc. is a start-up company looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
