HR Recruiter Training Internship
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you want to begin your HR career and prefer real-world experience over theory. We are providing a hands-on 100% online training program and internship with a career focus.
Date of Start: September 1 2025
Length: 1/2/3 months
Mode: Online (Live Daily Classes) Number of Seats: Limited; First Come First Served
Key Responsibilities:
Learn end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
Hands-on practice with job portals (Naukri Shine LinkedIn etc.).
Write effective job descriptions and post jobs on different platforms.
Work on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and prepare ATS-friendly resumes.
Conduct mock interviews and gain feedback from industry experts.
Assist in live hiring tasks with clients to gain real exposure.
Learn CRM Excel & Google Sheets for HR operations and reporting.
Participate in career counseling sessions & mock interviews.
