As an HR Manager you will oversee all HR operations ensuring compliance with labor laws smooth execution of payroll and personnel activities and effective management of employee relations. Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration HR Management or related field.
5 7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on personnel and payroll.
In depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures.
Proven experience designing org charts and writing job descriptions across multiple departments.
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables lookups validations).
Excellent organization communication and stakeholder management skills; high attention to detail and confidentiality.
