  • Full-time role - 35 hours per week FlexTime
  • Open to Sydney and key Science and Insights locations - hybrid working supported
  • Salary ranges from $105924.00 to $117031.00 super leave loading

Our Science & Insights Division is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Administration Coordinator to support the Conservation and Restoration Science (CaRS) team. In this pivotal role you will provide critical administrative coordination and operational support across a range of business areas and projects.

Working closely with the director and branch leadership youll help manage day-to-day operations support the delivery of branch projects coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes maintain key records and reporting and ensure smooth and efficient business functions across the branch.

Youll play a vital role in ensuring that financial project and operational systems are up to date and compliant while also assisting in workplace health and safety processes and contributing to continuous improvement in administrative practices.

The Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water(DCCEEW) works to protect the states environment and heritage. It leads the way on climate change driving the sustainable transition to a net zero economy powered by affordable reliable and clean energy.

DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.

DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
