You will be responsible for scaling a high-performance robotics team while driving technical innovation and product development.
This role is ideal for a seasoned robotics engineer and team leader who thrives in a fast-growing startup or has experience in established robotics and industrial automation companies (e.g. Tesla Boston Dynamics ABB Fanuc Kuka Universal Robots NVIDIA Robotics).
You will be responsible for defining the robotics technology roadmap ensuring best-in-class control planning and perception algorithms are integrated into our scalable real-world automation solutions.
Lead & Scale the Robotics Team Hire and manage a high-performing engineering team driving innovation in robot control AI-driven vision and motion planning.
Define & Execute the Robotics Roadmap Develop advanced control algorithms and ensure seamless integration of ROS 2 AI-based perception and real-time automation.
Optimize Industrial Robotics Solutions Enhance collision-free planning inverse kinematics (IK) trajectory generation and autonomous execution for real-world applications.
Drive Simulation & Deployment Leverage Isaac Sim Gazebo and NVIDIA Omniverse to accelerate development and real-world implementation.
Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with AI mechanical and electrical engineering teams to create scalable intelligent robotic automation solutions
Robotics & Automation 10 years in robotics engineering motion planning control systems and industrial automation with hands-on experience in robot perception AI-driven vision and real-time control.
Leadership & Team Management Proven experience leading engineers in high-growth startups or industrial robotics companies.
Technical Proficiency Strong coding skills in ROS 2 C Python with expertise in kinematics inverse kinematics (IK) trajectory optimization and dynamic motion control.
Industrial Deployment Experience Successfully deployed robotic automation solutions in manufacturing environments integrating with industrial frameworks.
Passion for Innovation Deep interest in next-gen robotics AI-powered automation and intelligent autonomous systems.
Nice to Have:
Experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim Omniverse and reinforcement learning for robotics.
Expertise in precision planning real-time control and trajectory optimization.
Knowledge of MoveIt OpenCV ros2control and deep learning for robotic vision.
Experience in automotive electronics assembly and precision manufacturing robotics.
