Job Description
We are looking for a Presentations Specialist to join the Marketing team. The individual will be responsible for managing a wide range of slide materials with a focus on data updates and charting ensuring updates are made in a timely manner and adhere to financial regulations. The role requires collaboration with many different stakeholders in order to create new and update existing materials ensuring all efforts are scalable for use across our European markets.
In this role you will
Maintain a library of presentations within Vanguards content management tool.
Execute regular content and data updates ensuring they adhere to financial regulations.
Collaborate with communications marketing and other crew to define plan and coordinate content design and presentation solutions.
Work with a wide range of investment-related data.
Create bespoke presentations for client meetings events and webinars in a tight timeframe working closely with relevant stakeholders in the process.
Maintain design standards and brand identity. Comply with Vanguard policies regarding electronic media. Collaborate with external vendors on implementing artistic services or design solutions for Vanguard.
Collaborate with the business and leaders to ensure finalised products satisfy clients needs and expectations. Provide recommendations as needed on design and creative solutions.
Continually work on implementing scalable solutions in both automation and process.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What it takes
Experience creating and managing presentations.
Comfortable working with extensive data and charts.
Flexibility and effective time management skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with Seismic or similar content management tool.
Basic knowledge of the asset management or financial services industry.

Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office location Tuesday-Thursday.
