Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 services to join our Enterprise Collaboration Services team. The ideal candidate will serve as a lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools providing high-level troubleshooting and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lead SME for Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Teams Exchange Online and Power Platform.
- Perform high-level troubleshooting and manage incident problem and change management processes.
- Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Focus on delivering high-quality products efficiently and meeting customer expectations.
- Experience with Copilot is highly desired.
