This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of Microsoft 365 and the multiple efforts served from it. This position will be part of the Enterprise Collaboration Services Tier 3 group of the DIT Service Delivery division. Primary duties of this position will be to serve as a lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) and product specialist for Microsoft 365 services and related collaboration tools.
Requirements
- Extensive exp with Microsoft 365 services and tools such as SharePoint Teams Exchange Online Power Platform; information protection and AvePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical teams
- Proven ability to perform high-level troubleshooting of complex issues; manage incident problem configuration change management processes efficiently
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality products timely and efficiently consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
