As our Junior Growth Marketing Specialist youll play a vital role in accelerating our user acquisition and growth. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing Product and GTM Engineering your mission will be to manage multi-channel campaigns design experiments and optimise funnels. From running Google Ads to building A/B tests and dashboards your work will directly impact how JOIN grows and scales.
Tasks
What youll be doing
Your work will directly influence JOINs growth engine. Heres what that looks like:
- Plan launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta and LinkedIn.
- Design and execute structured A/B tests to improve funnel conversion.
- Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports to track CAC ROAS LTV and conversion rates.
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager GTM Engineering and Product to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Who youll work with
Youll collaborate closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and GTM Engineering team as well as colleagues in Product and Creative. Your insights and experiments will help us scale campaigns efficiently and drive measurable growth.
Requirements
What were looking for
We dont believe in checklists but if most of these apply to you wed love to chat:
13 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn).
Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4 Google Tag Manager Looker Studio Segment or similar tools.
Ability to design run and interpret A/B tests independently.
Proficiency in building dashboards and working with performance metrics.
Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot Zapier attribution modelling or multi-touch tracking.
Bonus: copywriting skills in German and English. Nice to have: French and Spanish.
