Principal Accountabilities
(A) Operational
Interact with all In-patients on ward floors. Collect compile and score feedback on a daily basis.
Facilitate any service required by patient instantly by communicating need to the concerned person/department.
Troubleshoot any complaint regarding behaviour or service from staff.
Collect written feedback from patients at the time of discharge compile all data(Scores and Comments) into a weekly analysis report.
A Cross-functional team meeting between all service providers to help smooth functioning and implementation of learning from feedback.
Indicate HWC patients to facilities.
Keep an overview of the functioning of the floor processes and help to resolve any grievances patients or staff might
CSAT: Maintain Patients/ Doctors/ Stakeholder/ Customer
Learning & Development
Graduate/Post Graduate
0 - 5 years of relevant experience in a large hospital or in service industry.
Functional/Technical
Excellent oral and written communication
Good knowledge of computers.
Knowledge of the overall business environment and services offered

Good problem solving skills
Team Player and a team leader
Learning orientation and open to suggestions
