Job Description
Position Title: TGT Hindi Teacher
Location: Podar International School Talegaon
Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Summary:
The TGT Hindi Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in the Hindi language to middle and secondary school students (Grades 610). The role includes planning and executing engaging lessons developing language skills and fostering a love for the language and literature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Hindi language and literature to Grades 610 as per the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable).
- Prepare lesson plans teaching materials and classroom activities.
- Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
- Conduct assessments evaluations and maintain academic records.
- Encourage student participation through discussions storytelling reading and writing activities.
- Support students in improving reading writing grammar and comprehension skills.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in school events meetings workshops and training programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hindi.

- Minimum 23 years of experience teaching Hindi at the middle or secondary school level.
- Strong command over Hindi grammar vocabulary and literature.
- Basic proficiency in English and good communication skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools.
