Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients in the Hindi-speaking market
Build strong relationships through daily contact via phone email and chat
Encourage continued deposits and trading activity from clients
Provide market updates and promote relevant products and promotions
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure top-tier service
Meet and exceed retention targets and KPIs
Requirements
Requirements:
Native or fluent Hindi speaker (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Previous experience as a Retention Agent is an advantage
Open to candidates currently working as Conversion Agents looking to transition into Retention
Strong understanding of the Forex industry
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a passion for client engagement
