Position: PRT Hindi Teacher
Location: India (On-Site)
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging Hindi language curricula for primary students.
- Deliver high-quality lessons that align with educational standards.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Encourage student participation and foster a love for the Hindi language.
- Prepare instructional materials assignments and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers to support interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
- Implement classroom management strategies to promote student accountability.
- Organize Hindi-related cultural activities and events.
- Stay updated on current educational practices and methodologies.
- Support students in developing their language skills both in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education or related field.
- Proficiency in Hindi both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary setting.
- Familiarity with primary education curriculum standards.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet student needs.
- Experience in using technology for educational purposes.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
- Understanding of cultural dynamics in the classroom.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
