Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Hindi lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach Hindi language skills to students focusing on reading writing speaking and listening.
- Create engaging classroom activities that enhance student interest in the Hindi language.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through exams projects and class participation.
- Provide individual support to students who require additional help in understanding the language.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into teaching practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student performance and upcoming events.
- Participate in staff meetings workshops and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross-curricular learning.
- Encourage cultural appreciation and understanding through Hindi literature and poetry.
- Monitor class attendance and maintain student records.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Organize language-related extracurricular activities to promote engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and teaching methods for language instruction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Hindi Literature Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification in Hindi (if applicable).
- Prior experience teaching Hindi at the school level.
- Strong understanding of Hindi grammar and linguistics.
- Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with current educational technologies and tools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Experience in assessing and evaluating student progress.
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Patience and empathy towards students.
- Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
