Job Summary
Summary of position:
This warehouse employee will be responsible for accurate picking and packing of product to meet company standards of safety security and productivity. Please do not apply unless you are willing to hustle and sweat! Must have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately selecting product according to batch specifications. Assuring that the exact quantity and correct product is picked. Reporting quality variances to manager.
- Product is to be organized in pick cart with appropriate paper work and then prioritized and placed in pack line.
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate free of damage and appear presentable to the customer.
- Calculating and reporting time
- Maintain a safe work environment. Maintain a clean neat and orderly work area. Assist with keeping ALL warehouse clean and free of debris.
- Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities procedures of other areas of the warehouse. Act as back-up during times of absence and vacation.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Shipping Fed Ex and UPS via offline system
- Shipping International orders
Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to Detail
- Time Management Skills
- Strong Work Ethic/ Dependable
- Prior knowledge with shipping FedEx and UPS International Orders is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Fast paced/ energetic
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
