Job Description

You would be expected to:

  • Promptly receive and log HR-related inquiries via phone and email.

  • Efficiently resolve queries using ticketing systems.

  • Assist employees with questions regarding policies benefits and other HR-related matters.

  • Ensure high service quality while adhering to established processes.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Take ownership of query resolution and meet individual performance metrics.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher).

  • Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage such as working with CRM systems and answering queries by phone.

  • Any experience or education in Human Resource Management or HR-related activities is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage confidential data with integrity and compliance.

  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
