Efficiently resolve queries using ticketing systems.
Assist employees with questions regarding policies benefits and other HR-related matters.
Ensure high service quality while adhering to established processes.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Take ownership of query resolution and meet individual performance metrics.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher).
Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage such as working with CRM systems and answering queries by phone.
Any experience or education in Human Resource Management or HR-related activities is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage confidential data with integrity and compliance.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
