We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Finance Intern to join Kreya a leading staffing and recruiting company based in Navi Mumbai. As an intern you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and finance departments gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and financial operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

As an HR/Finance Intern at Kreya you will be involved in diverse projects such as assisting with recruitment processes payroll management financial data analysis and employee engagement initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR and finance functions contributing to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support payroll activities including timesheet verification and data entry.
  • Conduct research and analysis on financial data to support decision-making processes.
  • Help in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining HR and financial documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR and finance meetings.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Finance Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Basic understanding of HR and finance principles and practices.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
