We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Support Associate to join Thomas Hirchak Company a leading real estate and mortgage this role you will play a crucial part in providing high-level administrative support to executives ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity within the company. Responsibilities:
- Manage executives calendars appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings conferences and events both virtual and in-person.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing data entry and office supply management.
- Act as a point of contact between executives employees clients and external partners.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support at an executive level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
